Bianca Andrew MSc has worked in Social Care for 17 years. She has developed her expertise in supporting those who experienced trauma in their childhoods and as a result transitioned into adulthood with issues around mental & physical health, drug & alcohol use and offending.
 

The Association of Chief Police Officers in Croydon recognised Bianca for her work with young and adult prolific offenders where she engaged them in treatment and ultimately reduced their rates of offending.

Bianca has successfully set up supported housing services in 2011. Her ability to engage Stakeholders, lead and inspire teams and relate to service users on a human level contributed hugely to winning contracts commissioned by Local Authorities in 2012, 2015 and 2018.

One of Bianca’s much-loved abilities is creating a safe space to address the root causes of presenting issues and finding solutions for them and this is fundamental to the work that we do at Place of Progress.

Place of Progress have 6 homes, are supplying to several Local Authorities and are expanding into new locations.
