Bianca Andrew Msc has over 10 years experience and knowledge in successfully setting up supported housing services. Winning contracts commissioned by Local Authorities in 2012, 2015, 2018 and is on the approved provider list for several Local Authorities as well as being accredited by the Commissioning Alliance.

With 15 years of experience working in Social Care, Bianca has in depth insight and expertise in to the needs of the children and young people that are referred to her. She also has the ability to engage Stakeholders, lead and inspire teams.
